The Temple Gate

We had a walk in what was a very brisk cold wind this morning with N and Zara down into Dumfries House Estate.  I managed to get a shot of The Temple Gate.  Originally this was intended to be the main entrance to the estate but a disagreement with other landowners meant no access to the main road was given.  It fell into disrepair but was restored in 2016.
