Lost day

After a brief nip up to the shops to collect a couple of things and have a look round I spent the rest of the day and evening on K’s sofa.....not dramatically ill but not well either...general grumbling stomach and feeling very queasy.
Binge watched some nonsense tv and kept K (poor) company but otherwise felt fed up and poorly. There was a nice sunset though
Depressing to see that I have such a rubbish blip-birthday blip....but 6 years is something to celebrate that’s for sure!
