Sculpture

In a school grounds.  Called Past, Present, Future by Adrian Worsley made from recycled metal.
Adrian Worsley has other similar sculptures in Te Aroha.
The extra is a close up of  a small part of the sculpture showing some of the material he has used.
I can't make any sense out of the letters at the base of the sculpture.  I am probably missing something but it didn't make sense to me.
