Autumn Winter Spring

One of those days today when it could really have been any season.  It's been quite cold, but the sun has been out and the grass underfoot is wetter and soggier than it's been for a long time.  We were invited to my sister's for lunch so I went off for a soggy underfoot wander through the trees.

TYM came for lunch and he was much better than he was earlier in the week.  The doc had apparently given him three lots of tablets, one of which was diazepam and another one just for one week.  Now those two tablets have finished, he is more reasonable.  He has lots to sort out - damage to the car (goodness knows how that happened) and finding a new job so he can earn a living and pay some of the debts he has run up.  He seemed quite positive today - long may that continue.

SHH and I are dog sitting this evening at big nephew's as he has been taken away by his girlfriend for a birthday treat visiting Twickenham tomorrow.  We nearly lost one of the dogs earlier on when she backed out of her collar and this evening we have struggled with the technology to get the TV on.  We might tackle Alexa and the coffee machine later...
