Customer service...

...was nonexistent during our visit to Livingston FC. We arrived 30 minutes before the curtain went up but due to inadequate ticketing arrangements had to queue for 50 minutes and missed a quarter of the game. No staff were taking responsibility,  no explanations or apology. Only the helpful police officers were offering information about queues etc (not their job!).  Only in football are paying customers treated like this!
