Woah!

I saw this trick on a cooking hack video. I've never thought to cut a pepper this way before but my oh my I always will from now on. A cross shaped slice across the base and then you pull the sides down. Minimal waste and no cutting of seeds from the flesh. Why has this never occurred to me before? It's brilliant!
