#179... My Fish...

Today my hubby and son walked 5km with me and helped me pace to get under the hour, which I did... St Lucia parkrun freedom walk... Then son got a 30 minutes swim in the Olympic sized swimming pool... This is in University of Queensland grounds, they also have a therapy pool with the ramps to get in and out of the pool so maybe next time I might do some water therapy too...
