One of many

My favourite presents are books and chocolates. I got both for Christmas. The chocolate will be eaten sparingly as I am still on the Fast 800 way of eating. I rather like a dark Lindt after dinner at night.

The books are varied and when I have finished them, I will borrow the other families books they received so they all get read a few times. I’ve read a few paragraphs of this then got distracted.

We had another hot day, top temp was 39 point something degrees. My hydrangea under the tent ( yesterday’s blip) is doing well. I need something for the one in the front garden now - it gets a short blast of direct sun in the afternoon. I also wet down the hydrangea with a watering can to help cool it off with some success.
