Cirrus uncinus?

I mentioned that we received a wonderful book on clouds for Christmas, so now I want to try and identify the different clouds and learn their names.
KeenKen- is this a Cirrus uncinus? It seemed to fit the description....maybe someone can correct me. They are meant to have a hook like appearance, high in altitude , fibrous in nature and can be a sign of bad weather coming up in 24-48 hours! (I thought we were on an improving forecast!) 

Had some good golf practice this morning and then a great walk with Frida this afternoon. Wanaka is getting VERY busy with people arriving for the new year.
