Chiropractor first thing, where I also had acupuncture on my poorly thumb joint, then shopping in a quieter supermarket than last Saturday thankfully!

After that, lazy pj day for the rest of the day.  I've read, dozed, started a jigsaw puzzle and generally dossed!
