Passing through

Very late home today. Trains subject to massive delays. I had to pass through all manner of stations that I'd never even heard of to get back to Crewe and then home. But at least I got home eventually.

Sadly the disruption was due to a female fatality on one of the Liverpool lines. Someone's daughter definitely. Someone's sister or mum maybe.

My son was still up with his Nana when I got home. I got the most amazing smile. I made sure I gave my son some extra hugs tonight.
