Ahhh.....quiet

Pretty nippy out, , but dry and calm so we were happy to get to the island after getting up too early for us and driving in the dark for awhile this am. ... (sunrise at 8AM!)  Only a welcoming gull.   About all we could manage was to put stuff away, build a big fire and snuggle on the couch with extra sweater and book.  It's deliciously quiet and peaceful.  Worked a little on the jigsaw.  Glad the golf cart could make it up the hill with the stuff (extra  from back door...)as it can get too muddy.
The peace and quiet will be broken just a little tomorrow......
