The First Paper White Blossom

It was downright chilly today - a damp, windy day that didn’t lend itself to being outside at all...with the exception of a drive over to my hairdresser’s for a cut.

Fortunately this paper white bulb - a gift from a friend - decided to open this morning. You might ask why it’s a drippy blip and I can only say that I always think that a bit of water improves just about any photograph of a plant. Besides which, it’s in the window next to my kitchen sink.
