we went for a windy, rainy run and did 5.15 miles....the wind was pretty bad at the bottom of the bypass. then over to shieldon for tea before ewan & nicky headed back to london. ate far too much. beth went off back into town with jenson who’s just back from spain. she was so pleased to see him, awww. loved having her home...
