Purdy and the virtual mice

After a truly glorious sunrise the day became overcast and damp.  We were determined to get out for a walk today to work off some of the Christmas excesses so we donned waterproofs and set off for the Hampsfell Hospice circuit.  The visibility was very poor, with no distant views of the hills, but it was good to stretch our legs, quite mild and not too wet.

Purdy was fascinated by this cat-teasing mouse generator on the ipad.  She stared at it for some time and then started madly dabbing at the rapidly moving images, not understanding how they always escaped from under her paws.
