Cockatoo.

We've had a lot more birds around here recently.  Including a lot of cockatoos.  Can only assume it's because of the bush fires.

Yesterday in the paper, they said it's estimated over half a billion native animals have died in the bush fires!!!

And those that are left are struggling to find enough food and water to survive.

Our koala population was already low due to land being developed for building.  I dread to think what it is like now.

And the saddest thing of all, a lot of these fires were deliberately lit.  Mostly by teenagers, so nothing will probably happen to them.

They should be ashamed of what they have done,  not only to the animal population but to the human population too.  Many of whom have not only lost homes but their businesses too.
