After nearly 2 weeks the beautiful Amaryllis flowers received through the Letterbox from granddaughter #1 needed replacing and these Carnations are doing the job.

Everyone had a lie in this morning following our lovely evening at D&K's, see my backblip of yesterday, and after a wonderful K breakfast, we returned  home and enjoyed a very quiet afternoon:  CH perfected flying that drone (not in the sitting room)! and I curled up on the sofa and watched one of my DVD C presents: 'Wild Rose'. A story about a wayward young girl from Glasgow with a beautiful singing voice, a love of Country music and a dream of being a famous country singer in Nashville. The only thing holding her back is the fact that she has two young children ............ She has to make a choice. ...... a poignant tale with weepy bits! I loved it.
