Another Day, Another Sky

I guess this is a version of Shetland's "a day between weathers". The fog was so thick in our part of Nottinghamshire this morning that I totally missed my exit from the A46. The temperature on the station platform was -5. So, "hurrah!" for my new coat.

By 5pm tonight it had cleared more in Birmingham and the sky resembled yesterday's blip.

However, to top the day off I missed the connections into New Street and didn't get out of the Nottingham station car park til gone 7pm. The fog was still as thick on the A46 and the temperature was -4.5, slightly higher than inside the train carriage.

Tomorrow I get to do it all again. Ho hum.
