Sam, Stevie A & Stevie B

Enjoyed slogged up Blencathra this evening with Stevie B and flying machine Sam. We met Stesedthat in the car park before we set off - he had done the run earlier.

I really struggled tonight and was well and truly dropped by Mousethwaite comb and practically ran up on my own. Sam who walloped Steve to the top then ran back down to me ( I was still on the zig zags ) to run back up with me!!

Great views of Carlisle, Penrith, Keswick and the SW Scotland all lit up.

My descent was equally as poor and again finished the run on my own.
A lot of hard work needed to regain my fitness - If I ever will!!

still beats a night sitting in watching the telly!!
