Happy Christmas

Well I now realise that cooking Christmas dinner for four is as much work as cooking for 12 but with fewer hands to help!! We had a very happy time barbecuing the turkey which worked a treat. We then cooked beetroot and Brussels on a firepit and they were spectacular! The rest was regular trimmings. The birds sang and the sun shone but we didn’t get to walk until it was dark - as you can see there was a wonderful glow in the sky still. Frosty tonight and we are all exhausted but have had a fabulous day. Good memories made
