Wide Wednesday: Christmas Lunch...The Aftermath!

Bobsblips's Wide Wednesday challenge for Christmas Day is "Anything you want!".

So this is our table after the lunch dishes had been cleared away, with remnants of napkins, empty glasses, cracker jokes and toys etc (the toy glider was in my 96-year-old Dad's cracker: it flies quite well). We'd really enjoyed our turkey & all the trimmings, then our traditional Christmas Pudding, an hour before.

If you're observant, you'll see instructions for the use of a fabulous, very posh new tagine which our sons had kindly clubbed together to buy for us. We'll enjoy cooking some delicious recipes in the coming weeks.

In case you can't read it, the joke from a cracker which you can see in the foreground says, "How does Santa make a note of all the fireplaces he's visited?" Answer: He keeps a logbook !    ;-))

We do hope that all blippers have had as good a Christmas Day as we have.
