Overinflated sense of worth?

The Edinburgh Dome (which was constructed basically like you do a papier mache dome on a balloon) in Malvern St James was recently given listed status. The college would rather have knocked it down as it's expensive to maintain. But local residents would have been up in arms. And down in legs.
