Middle Distance Runner

It's been a lovely Christmas, even though we really didn't prepare for it. After a late breakfast we headed off (late again) for lunch at Sheol and Cathy's. 

He really did us proud with a smashing full plate turkey lunch and all the trimmings. Janet insisted on driving, so there was also a little liquid loveliness on the side.

By the time we'd finished, the light was going, but we headed off for a stretch of the legs along the riverside before returning for tea and board games. 

I did spot this length of LED decoration on the way, strung along a garden wall, which gives an abstract tree effect.
