Christmas Dinner...

I wish you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas I am doing the cooking in between doing the table I’m happy to say that the Turkey went down a treat I was experimenting with mushrooms and chestnuts they were eaten but I’m not sure they were a hit. Never mind at least all enjoyed the home made cheese cake and mixed fruit with brandy and I added port it was figs prunes and apricots they all had rosey cheeks wanted to know what was in it I just said the very thing for the inner man! We had Triffle as well I forgot the Christmas pud we have a whole week to celebrate!!
