Xmas dinner
Yesterday’s prep meant that this year’s Xmas dinner was ready in record time (for me). Instead of the seitan turkey we had last year, we had a mushroom and nut en croute thing from one of the Bosh books. It was all really nice. Still too full for pudding straight after, but there was a hole free for a mince pie with a glass of mulled wine.
Meanwhile, Mr Perkins has overdosed on the catnip toys that Santa brought him (see extra).
