Christmas Day 2019.

After a well attended Christmas day service in St Nicholas in Sulham, we went to my brothers where we enjoyed a splendid Christmas lunch prepared by his son, Jonathan. The pictures show some of the food and our own Christmas cake back at home. The Nativity scene is from Nepal and is quite different in that it shows the angel giving the shepherd a hug, this is their interpretation of the angel telling the shepherd not to be afraid, I must admit I think that is a lovely way of portraying comfort.
