Plans ago awry

I travelled up to Oxfordshire to take my father down to Sussex for Christmas. Unfortunately I arrived to find he was very unwell and I ended up call the doctor to see whether he needed hospital admission. In the end they decided not but it looks like I will spend Christmas here looking after him.
