Hard Hard Work

This is what I saw when I got home from work (note that it was light enough to take a photo- days are getting longer already). The building inspector wants 2 metre deep foundations because of the neighbours bloody eucalyptus tree. And the digger could only dig a metre deep, so Marc is doing the rest by hand. Hideous job.

Suddenly glad I'm a teacher......

It is extraordinarily cold tonight, but I still went for a run. I had to wear thermals!
