Lovely brisk walk at lunchtime when hardly anyone out. I do love getting out and feel much more able to deal with afternoons.

Have just has merguez sausage for tea. The last time I had them we were in the Jemaa el Fna in Morocco and a cat with 3 legs stole one! Happy memories.
