Busy Christmas Eve...

Woke up too early, as hubby left to work at 4.45am. He had been booked for the broadcast of Finnish declaration for Christmas Peace. It is a 15minutes broadcast only, but it is an important tradition for Finns to hear or watch the declaration every year. Almost half of the Finns do watch it annually.

As he left, I could not sleep more. So I stood up then and got a hint from oat straws for gerbils in the morning. Drove to Ylöjärvi and found oat straws!
Then I made gift for my father ready. It wae a dementia toy with a couple of mini cars. As I reached dementia ward it was nicely almost 11.30 and I could watch the Finnish declaration for Christmas Peace with him. Even the speldid Walking in the air animation before that.

A long day ended to Christmas dinner to the grandparents', to sauna (of course) and late to home...
