Brrrr!

I'm feeling a bit groggy at the moment as my night shift last night was really busy and i ended up working 13.5 hours with no break! That said i did deliver a lovely little girl, Amber, and i looked after another woman who delivered shortly after i went home.
After only 3 hours sleep i got up to meet a friend for a quick walk round a frozen lake. It was absolutely freeezing and i'm glad to be home now in front of the fire with an Indian ordered and a bottle of red about to be cracked open. I think it'll be an early night to catch up on sleep and then face another gruelling session at the gym tomorrow! :-))
