Classy Cottage

Most of the day has been spent at home with Mrs BB doing some cooking for the festive period mainly for Boxing Day evening when we're entertaining family.

We did pop to the eldest daughter in Cwmbran to drop off the turkey crown, stuffing and gravy Mrs BB had made, as we're eating there tomorrow. Granddaughter Amelia wasn't there as she's with dad at his parents, so we enjoyed a quiet coffee before heading home as the sun was setting.

The blipfoto is of a classy cottage opposite the village pub in Bassaleg, Newport, that we pass most days. It's a lovely cottage very nicely decorated, with the village Christmas tree in the car park next door which I blipped last year. It was good to see the sun setting and the lights illuminated on the cottage.

An evening in, with a couple of whiskies to clear the last of my cough.
