And So This Is Christmas

And snowman making.  Cannot believe Christmas Eve is here.  Just the girls home today as Jon and Logan are both working.  We've been doing some pre-Christmas food prep. The turkey is brining as we speak. The sweet potatoes await their candiedness, the mashed are ready to be cooked, the stuffing ingredients are cut and ready to be mixed.  The pie will be made in the morning and somehow it will all come together after all the gift opening.  

The day is crisp but not crazy cold and such beautiful bright sun.  Na'iema and Josie decided to make a snowman and of course they had the help of Myles who tasted all the snow first.  Great fun was had by all and there is even a snow angel that Josie obligingly made for us all.  Wishes for a warm and wonderful (outside temperature has nothing to do with it) and peaceful Christmas eve.  Looking forward to seeing all your preparations and celebrations in the next 24 hours.
