Fire and Ice

Had to head off the main highway this morning, for safety reasons mostly, what with the sunrise doing its best to distract us with all its fiery goodness.

The farmer nearby detoured his tractor off of Lookaboutye Brae and stopped and shouted across at me to ask what I was doing. Think the fact I was splayed out almost on my belly setting this up made him think I'd taken a dive on the icy track. Pointed to the sky, then the camera and he got the jist and drove off laughing like a drain. Got the feeling he wasn't fully appreciative of the display nature was putting on for us in glorious Technicolored Ultra High Definition 3D and surround sound.
