Christmas service

It's been interesting to watch the school Christmas service evolve over the years. Whilst the overall structure of readings and musical performances has remained the same, each year the content has changed, some years more than others.

This year there was a lot more of the choir, which sounded incredible, especially in the setting of St Mary's church, and there were some beautiful musical performances, including an amazing piece written by the head of music: 'Et Magi v'et ha-Matanot'.

Some of the lessons had an introduction in another language - French, Swedish, Italian, and German - and while it's not the first time they've done that, it was particularly moving, this year.
