Where's my sofa gone?

I'm not the only one missing the sofa. Several hours on the phone today, various emails & finally we're allowed to retrieve it ourselves from the couriers warehouse rather than wait until the 10th of January for delivery. So Mr T and his racevan to the rescue again. 
Still waiting on the last Xmas pressie arriving - it was promised for close of business today. 
What has arrived is my Xmas cold though :-( Thanks Santa
