A good trip south, despite having to do an about turn at Grange station to check the boiler at home.

Made good progress and collected Dad at allotted hour to take him out for lunch. He seemed particularly hard of hearing today but the lunch was good at a local restaurant.

No 2 son was able to join us for coffee. Dad was pleased to see him.
