At last

Today I took the file for The Artist's Why to get it printed and was able to give it to Lex on the first night of Chanukah.  She loved it, and I was really glad to have completed it.

I've decided to put off the surgery until February.  I got Friday's lab work results - I'm anemic, and some of the other values are concerning.  Put that together with the need for a cardiology workup, and I think it will be best to get myself into a healthier state before having the surgery.  I'll be calling Dr. Lazar tomorrow to reschedule for February 12, after Lex comes home from Hawaii.  This feels like the right decision.  I hope it is.
