Winter in the Woods

Hurrah. We woke up and it wasn't raining for the first time in seemingly ages. We hadn't been to Wendover Woods in ages so headed out to make the most of the conditions. We had a lovely lunch in the (relatively) new café and then had a good meander around on some of the official paths (and some less official). It was great to be out and not too cold. 

This evening both girls have been with us for dinner and we were also joined by our niece. A few card games to see the day out!
