Today is a good day. A very good day.

No work, no child, no party to plan, no errands to run. Just me. Alone. And it's been bliss.

I braved the cold and ice to go for a nice, wintry walk down the old railway lines to the lodge (how I didn't slip and fall I'll never know). It's completely frozen over which is bad news for all the birds that are usually on it, but great news for blipping!

My silence will be shattered soon as I have to go and pick H up. Think I'll try and convince him to sunggle under a blanket and watch a film with me.

Lucy's eye would like to say a big thank you after briefly hitting the spotlight! It wasn't there for long, but at least it got there! So thank you so much for all the lovely stars and comments!
