A heavy burden

This was a birthday present from dear friends, but what were they trying to tell me?
Am I old and bent down by age and the burdens of life?
Am I old and bent down by too much wine?
Am I hugely strong and able to bear an enormous weight?
I'm not sure I dare ask them!
I'm sure Lisalou will appreciate this blip.....
Incidentally, the elephants in the background are antique opium weights from Thailand, unused since we bought them, I hasten to add.
