Time for giving

An early start saw me wading through our flooding field to feed the ducks and chickens (see extra)

We then drove the half mile into the village to the church coffee morning where we gave £100 to the lady who raises funds for target ovarian cancer. The money came from the last couple of months egg sales. Well done duckies and chucks. We drove as our lane was more like a river!

After a quick trip to the village market we were then home and off to a nearby pub for lunch with friends. Our lane in the other direction really was a river / lake and we were glad to have our 4x4.

Hopefully it'll stop raining soon.
