River High

The constant rain has had a dramatic effect on the river which is as high as I’ve seen it in many months. We’re hoping that the rain will soon stop so it has a chance to go down before it breaks it’s bank and starts creeping up the garden.
My first day of holiday was not a holiday at all. D has bought a new tv which needed putting up in the wall. But the wall needed painting before he could put up the brackets. Moving furniture meant a lot of cleaning and now we have a big tv on the wall, we need to extend the sofa. Oh, and we thought that while we were making the sofa bigger, we might as well buy new covers. It just goes on and on!
