Blue Sky

We woke to heavy rain and it continued until just before 2 p.m. when I made a dash for it to deliver local Christmas cards.  Of course I got wet again walking home because my pal up the road insisted I stop for a cup of tea.

Tonight is our neighbours get together, starting at one house, moving on and then finishing at ours.  Goodness knows what time we'll get to bed, but it doesn't matter because all football matches are cancelled tomorrow and we can get up when we want.

I just wanted to prove we had a bit of a blue sky.
