Wake-up call

In Java, and now similarly in Lombok, it's a toss-up whether you'll be woken first in the morning by the call to prayer or a local cockerel. ?I hadn't realised till this morning that the cockerels climb into trees - taking a leaf out of the mullahs' book, as it were.
