Ruthless Efficiency

The Japanese postal service is really rather good.  If I send something to the UK and track it's progress on line I can see that it gets to the UK in a couple of days.........then sits in a UK postal depo for anywhere between a week and several months before arriving at its destination looking like it's been through a war zone.
