Do you have a permit?

The pastor of our church is very much into biking, running, skiing - anything that keeps him moving. He rides his bike to church any day that he possibly can. It is not snowing but it is cold. I always have to chuckle when I see his bike chained to the handicapped parking sign. Need to remember to ask him if he has a permit to park there!

Billy Banks Boot Camp! What a workout. Did the beginning Boot Camp today - wow! I should say I attempted to do it. I am sure I would be kicked right out of Billy's Camp if he saw my form!! I can feel it in it my arms and legs tonight.
