Evil in a jar

I don't like herbs. It would be fair to say that I actually despise them. Unfortunately they are everywhere; they ruin a pizza, destroy all pasta and have made inedible the humble veggie sausage.

My other half insists on sneaking the little blighters into his cooking and thinks I won't notice. Oh, I will always notice.

The worst offender? Oregano for its destruction of almost all italian food. Close second are coriander leaves, especially when they hide themselves in sandwiches and have to be pulled from your teeth.

No, I don't like herbs. Spices on the other hand......
