Traditions

Every year, I make a Christmas cake. As there is no way I could eat all of it, I take it to my sister. ( I do a little one from the same mixture, as a sort of quality control exercise.)

My Mum always made the Christmas cake and I do this in her memory.

As you can see from the blip, I’d win no prizes for elegant decoration, but that isn’t really the point. I’m just grateful to John Lewis for the decorations in their January sale.
