Another day which started unhelpfully with phone calls to Carers office. They are carefully trained to set your teeth on edge with that awful " we are so helpful and your concerns matter to us "attitude. While doing absolutely nothing to make life easier. I feel very sorry for the decent bunch of Carers who are being badly let down by these morons who are supposed to be organising them. However ...... Another fine day. Good walks , quick trip into Glasgow shops, Bunty here for lunch and Andre Roo ( not correct spelling !) can't think of it! Concert on tv. They have a great time. Singing along and reminiscing They're be up dancing if they weren't scared of falling over!! Very good yoga lesson with just three of us Yoga teacher / friend saying she and her new husband might be leaving to go to highlands. I was surprised how upset I was by this. It would leave a big gap in my life. I've come to rely on her and her calm wisdom. Oh well. Just have to adjust if it happens.
